2018 Super Gide listing to the port side

I have a 2018 super glide tracker boat on the plane liens or less to the left Ive had it to Bass Pro shops twice they said theres nothing wrong with it its just weight distribution the only time it happens when somebody sitting in the passenger seat thats what the guy told me this is unacceptable

Pissed customer

Bought 2021 mercury 3-31-21 motor was bad,Tracker boat center Tyler Tx would not give me my money back , have been giving me the runaround about the title and I still do not have title almost 4 months later! I am a very dissatisfied customer! I need help!!

Service problem and time in

I bought a boat in early May--was told by the dealer I would be getting 650 gift card by the end of the week and would receive an email with it. I still have not received the card. The only Emails I have received are one that included my membership in VIP club for 2 years and 2 concerning surveys. I have checked Spam daily and have called both Bass Pro shops and the tracker marine customer service number. I still have heard nothing.. I paid 34,000 cash money for a boat and was promised a Gift card.. I would like this resolved ASAP Model FB 20 Vin BUJ56149H920

Buyer beware

I have had my 2019 Bass Tracker Classic with 50 HP Mercury since April. It has 32 hours on it and I had the 20 hr service done. Since owning it, the main battery has been replaced and the new battery dies after one outing. The dealer has told me that the engine does not sufficiently charge the battery and I have to trickle charge it after each use. Additionally, there is a noise coming from the motor when in gear, similar to a chaffing sound. I have called to make an appointment with the dealer, (Harrisons in Redding), and I am told to leave it with them for up to two weeks to diagnose and repair, which may not be under warranty. So far, I have been dead in the water three times and now I can't even trust the boat/ engine to get me where I want to go.

Inferior materials used

I bought a Tracker 175 in 2017 from Quality Marine in Onalaska Texas. No complaints about the dealer. The boat trailer is a safety hazard. I have had the boat in the water maybe 20 times since I owned it. It is garage kept when not in use. I went fishing and when I pulled the boat up on the boat trailer, the left side runner broke off. The right side runner the bolts screws were coming out. I looked at the wood and both sides were rotted out. I brought the boat back to the dealer and asked them about it. They told me that Tracker did not use treated wood for the runners because it caused problems with the aluminum boats. If Tracker did its homework they would have found our that there is a treated wood that has no effect on any metal. The use of a inferior product could have caused me to have had a major auto accident if the runners would have collapsed while towing the boat. They put my life in jeopardy along with the lives of others by using inferior material.Tracker will not repair my trailer because they say it was out of warranty. The trailer is only 2 years old. I am going to contact this company and tell them to reimburse me or be sued for endangering my life and others with the use of inferior wood that will rot because it was not treated. If you by a Tracker boat, make sure the runners are replaced with treated wood or beware. Angry
