I purchased a 2016 Tahoe 400tf in March before the boat hit the water power trim pump broke.That problem was fixed after 2 attempts.Finally decided to pull boat out of water in august to clean up I found blistering all over the hull.I called tracker and said it was not covered I couldn't believe this after complaining to the bbb they finally agreed to repair.,now almost end of September boat has not been picked up to return to factory!My advice... Bought new in May 2015 at Anglers Choice in Spindale,NC. Last boat that will be purchased there. Last Tracker product I will purchase. Boat looked good and dealer was very helpful in selling the boat. The rear fishing seat bolts came out of back causing me to fall out of the seat. Had I not fell to the inside I would have hit the motor and landed in e water. I was told the dealer would contact tracked and I could pick up the boat in 2-3 weeks.... Read more

Tracker Marine Reliably is the question here. The motor pod on my 2013 Sun Tracker needed to be replaced do to a bad weld. According to my boat dealer. (Easton's Marine here in Lawton Oklahoma). it took Tracker Marine Six (6) weeks to ship the part. From 8 June to 20 July 2016. The maintenance manage for Easton's Marine told me the part had just come in on the 20th of July. Next question for Tracker Marine, why did it take Six (6) weeks to ship... Read more

Boat hull cracking from rough water! Terrible Customer service lady on the phone knows barely anything about boats or customer service!

SOME OF THE WOARST SERVICE IVE GOTTEN. DROPED BOAT OFF WAS TOLD WE ARE ABOUT 3 DAYS OUT AFTER A WEEK AND NO CALL WITH UPDATE ON MY BOAT I CALL AND AM TOLD WE ARE 4 TOP 5 WEEKS OUT SORRY THERES NOTHING I CAN DO SO WE GO FROM 3 DAYS OUT TO 4 TO 5 WEEKS, I DONT THINK SO IF MY BOAT TRAILER WASNT BROKE AND THE REASON FOR THE BOAT THER IN THE FIRST PLACED I WOULD BE GOING TO PICK MY BOAT UP AND GO ELSE WERE CANT GET STRAING ANSWERS U LEAVE MESSAGE FOR... There customer service sucks. I bought a brand new bass buggy 16 and paid for the upgrades. In closing the deal i was told i would recieve a $250 bass pro shop gift card which i was going to spend on items for the boat. Two months later no card customer service tells me there is no record of me buying this boat. Bass pro shops has told me they have contacted them with proof of purchase and the card will be here next week. Heard that for 8 weeks... Read more

I purchased my Pro Guide V16 SC new in the spring of 2013 and basically I am very happy with it. That is until today. The trolling motor battey needs replaced. First I fnd the lock down system for the battery is imossible to remove. I took off the twist nuts and removed the top piece hollding down the battery and that was no problem. Now for the fun. They are cheap mass produced low quality boats. That is why they are so cheap when a boat,engine and trailer is 5-10 thousand dollars cheaper than other brands of the same type boat there is a reason. If you have issues contact your dealer and the US Coast Guard Safety office the only way to solve these issues to shut down the company. I also recommend having all new or used boats examined by a marine surveyor before purchase save a lot of head... Read more

Well lets see had 2 boats ive had deposits on get sold even after being approved for the loan! Called today and was rudely told nothing they can do and wouldn't try to locate any other boats available, hassle free buying experience my ***!
